5 Great Spider-Man/Avengers Moments

So Marvel and Sony made it official yesterday announcing that Spider-Man would be joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe and participating in future Avengers films. Funnily enough, right before this news broke, on ComicBook.com I wrote a list where I ranked my five favorite moments of Spider-Man being an Avenger (or an almost Avenger).
